"The customer service at this hotel is exceptional! You’re able to text them when you need something or have an issue. When I first arrived in the room, I noticed one of the cabinet door hinges were loose & they came within 30 minutes to fix it! The gym is very big & has all kinds of machines & weights you may need."

"The room was beautifully decorated and everything looked like new. Parking spots are very narrow and limited. However the walls are paper thin and you could hear everything outside and in the neighboring rooms. Both nights we were awaken by noise from other rooms in the middle of the night. The staff could be friendlier. We had an issue with the tub but was repaired quickly but that meant our room did not get cleaned. "

"Great place to stay. The General Manager is a great guy. Very professional and personable. All staff that we dealt with personally hvae been kind and helpful. Julian and Elias both went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant. Definitely recommend staying at Sonesta if you ever travel through Albuquerque New Mexico. 5 stars!!!!"

"The staff was friendly and the hotel clean. However, it's very dated. Also, they don't have elevator access which they do mention in the description but if you don't carefully read what the hotel provides, you'll miss it and be surprised at check in. "
