I don't know what happened. We've stayed here 2 times previously, and everything was excellent. Whoever was responsible for preparing room 342 for my stay on 8 May didn't do their job well. The carpet wasn't vacuumed properly. There were bits of paper and plastic on the floor in the bedroom, a packet of sauce from Churches Chicken, a sticker on the floor, and the bathroom sink was cracked. There was no bedding for the sofa bed, and only one small plate in the kitchen...no pots, pans, cutlery. The fan that is supposed to blow cold air into the bedroom via a hole in the wall was dirty and didn't work. However, the person at the front desk got us plates, pots, pans, cutlery, and bedding. Please make a better effort so we can return to the enjoyable experiences we had previously.

The entrance area and elevator looked a little shabby, so I was surprised to see the cleanliness and good condition of my studio suite. As a solo women traveler, I felt safe. I was pleased and would stay again.

Overall, the room was pretty good. The only issues were a few of the channels on the TV were glitchy and there wasn't enough wash clothes in the room (there was only one). I asked for 2 more, as there was 3 of us in the room. The lady at the front desk was only able to give me 1, as there weren't anymore available.
