The exclusive holiday home Casa de las Estrellas, situated in a stunning location with breathtaking views, offers the perfect setting for an unforgettable holiday.

This light-filled, spacious home features 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests. The well-maintained outdoor area features a pool, plenty of lovely spots to sit and relax, a pergola, and a brick barbecue with a small outdoor kitchen.

NOTE: Children are welcome only if they can swim; the pool is not fenced.

The unobstructed, sweeping panoramic view across the Arida Valley towards the ocean and the mountains is breathtaking. The light reflecting off the ocean and the fantastic sunsets never fail to enchant.



Casa de las Estrellas:

The exclusive, detached holiday villa Casa de las Estrellas is surrounded by a 5,000 m² property. Thanks to its hillside location, it offers a breathtaking panoramic view across the Aridane Valley towards the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains.

The 155 m² holiday home (including the patio) is very well-appointed with high-quality furnishings and offers every comfort.

The rooms are arranged around a patio, from which all rooms are easily accessible. The patio is partially covered, allowing you to sit outdoors in almost any weather. It is furnished with a small breakfast table, a swing chair, and a hammock.
The patio is connected to the large, light-filled living room via folding glass doors that can be opened completely, allowing the interior and exterior to blend seamlessly.

A glass dome in the centre of the spacious, open living area floods the room with natural light and sunshine. At night, you can see the stars—which is why the house is named Casa de las Estrellas.
In the summer, when temperatures rise, the skylight can be shaded with a sun sail.

The spacious living area is furnished with a cosy seating area and a dining table that seats 6 people.
Entertainment is also taken care of: flat-screen satellite TV, a radio/CD/MP3 player, and Wi-Fi are available.

The front of the living area features large glass windows and doors that lead out to the west-facing terrace.

Adjacent to the living area, the kitchen is visually separated by a counter.
It’s a dream come true for anyone who enjoys cooking well even while on holiday. Through two windows, you can enjoy views of either the sea or the mountain slopes of the Caldera while preparing and cooking. 

The kitchen is well-equipped with high-quality appliances: a 4-burner stove (glass-ceramic, Bosch) and a convection oven (Bosch), a large fridge-freezer, and a dishwasher are all available. 
Plenty of dishes and pots, as well as all the essential kitchen tools and appliances, make cooking a pleasure. 

A total of 3 bedrooms (each with a double bed and a wardrobe) and 2 bathrooms comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. Both bathrooms are equipped with heated floors. Each bedroom has direct access to the terrace in front of it.

The bedrooms are located on both sides of the patio. On the pool side, there are two bedrooms, with a shared bathroom in between—accessible from both bedrooms—featuring a bathtub, sink, toilet, and bidet.

On the opposite side of the house, there is another bedroom and a bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, and washing machine. This bedroom is not available when the house is occupied by only 2 people.

All bedrooms feature beautiful Canarian wooden ceilings, which create a very pleasant sense of space. They are also equipped with spacious wardrobes.

Outdoor Area

The spacious outdoor area offers the perfect setting for rest and relaxation:
Various spots invite you to sit and linger, and the large pool is perfect for swimming (Note: Children should only swim if they know how to swim). A beautiful outdoor shower made of natural stone refreshes you before and after your swim. There’s room for lounge chairs by the pool and in other areas on the property.

A pergola with a beautifully designed bench featuring mosaic tiles provides shade at midday and is a cosy spot to sit outdoors in the evening.

Right next to the house is a large wooden table that seats 6 people.
Here you can enjoy your meals while taking in the view of the sea.

Another highlight is the wind-protected, brick-built barbecue area with a small outdoor kitchen. 

An area of approximately 1,000 m² surrounding the house has been landscaped and planted. Islands
