This private road is narrow, and roadside parking can obstruct residents and emergency vehicles. There is ample space on the property to accommodate all guest vehicles. Please be mindful of noise, especially while using the pool, as the property is located in a tight-knit community and noise travels. Most of the drive is on the highway, but the last mile or so of the drive is on a private, windy, bumpy, one way road. Please ensure this is something you’re comfortable with. However, since the property is nestled in natural redwoods, occasional leaves and debris may find their way into the pool. \- The last quarter mile of the drive contains a one lane, private road that does require a confident driver. \- While this house is pet-friendly, please be mindful that wild animals are expected in the woods, so any pets should not be left unattended outside during the day OR night. \- There can be minimal cell phone reception on the way to the house. Make sure that you have your map loaded before you make the drive. We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc).
