  • Welcome to C 203 at Marina Sol Residences and Resort. Casa Sirena is our 1,400 sq foot
    two-bedroom two bath condo that sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably.

    The Master bedroom is very large and features a King size, and a sofa bed and has its own private ensuite bathroom that is in marble.
    The Guests bedroom can be set up with 2 – twin beds or as a King size bed and the 2nd bathroom is located right beside the Guest Bedroom.

    The modern Kitchen features a Granite Island and has everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. The back terrace has a W & D

    Dining Room features a large table for 6 guests where you can relax and eat or do other activities. The Living Room is spacious and features a pull-out sofa bed, blue tooth player and a Smart TV with 200 channels to choose from. The condo also has its own private high speed internet and a phone with free world wide calling.
    Enjoy the beautiful view of the Marina Sol Pool and Courtyard from your 2nd floor location while you BBQ on the spacious patio that is also set up with an outside dining area. The full size kitchen is all in Granite and is very modern and has everything to take care of all your cooking needs .
    *** All rooms have their own A/C units and overhead fans plus the condo has purified water.
