Casa Sirena is our 1,400 sq foot two bedroom two bath condo that sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably. The Master bedroom is very large and features a King size bed plus a pull out sofa bed and has its own private ensuite bathroom that is in marble . The Guests bedroom can be set up with 2 – twin beds or as a King size bed and the 2nd bathroom is located right beside the Guest Bedroom. The modern Kitchen features a Granite Island and has everything you need to prepare a delicious meal . The back terrace has a W & D Dining Room features a large table for 6 guests where you can relax and eat or do other activities. The Living Room is spacious and features a pull out sofa bed , blue tooth player and a Smart TV with 200 channels to choose from. The condo also has its own private high speed internet and a phone with free world wide calling. Enjoy the beautiful view of the Marina Sol Pool and Courtyard from your 2nd floor location while you BBQ on the spacious patio that is also set up with an outside dining area. So since this is an older project the windows are quite thin and the boom...boom...boom of the music until late night was something I could not sleep through. And the early morning (4am) delivery trucks downshift and stop right in front of the bedroom windows as there is a traffic hump they have to slow down for. My husband is hard of hearing so he had no problem. Me, not so much even wearing ear plugs did not help. I did not get one nights sleep the entire week we were there. Now the 2nd bedroom to the front of the unit you did not hear all of this. I would not book this unit again, but I will book other units in Marina Sol as the location and staff were great to work with. ##### Vikki J. Condo is nice, quiet, safe and easily accessible to beach, marina & plenty of restaurants. Condo well equip for cooking and had all necessities of home outside of groceries & toiletries. We had 2 middle age couples and had plenty of room in the 2 bedroom. Pool restaurant food was good and bartenders very frinedly. The $3.99 breakfast was hard to pass up. All of the staff members were so nice and helpful. The condo and pool were well kept. We enjoyed the pool every day and liked that it was just a quick walk to the beach and Marina. The patio was perfect to sit and enjoy a drink and the weather at night. We loved that it wasn't over crowded and was a great place for our kids. There is a bar across the street on the back side of this building, so put the heavier sleepers in that room, but it wouldn't stop us from staying there again! ##### Bobbi M. The unit was awesome, had everything we needed, beds were comfy. We stayed here for Thanksgiving and had a blast. We enjoyed the pool and had drinks and food at the bar by the pool and bar in the lobby. There is a convenience store in the lobby. Downtown is 10 minutes and the beach is about 5ish. We loved that the unit had beach chairs, which had back pack straps so they were easy to carry and the chairs had a little cooler pouch for our beverages. This was our first time renting a vacation condo in Mexico and this place does not disappoint. From the moment we arrived, Clint, Maggie and Erik made sure we settled in comfortably and enjoyed our stay. The condo is in great shape and well appointed. The pool was nice and really enjoyed Oasis (Thank you Juacquin). A short walk to Medano Beach and all the local restaurants. Had great dinners at Edith's, Pan e Bacco and lunch at the Sandbar. Best massage at Bety's next to Tabasco. Overall we had a great vacation and will definitely return. The place is ideally located to visit the beach, marina, and downtown. San Jose del Cabo is a short Uber ride away (25-45).The staff does a great job keeping the place clean. The air conditioning works very well, and the view of the pool and gardens are beautiful. The pool is well maintained and heated to a comfortable temperature. We enjoyed getting a drink in the pool, too. I also recommend visiting Tres Amigas at least once. The food is good, especially the molcajete. Unit was comfortable and clean with all the ammenities we needed. Everyone on staff was friendly and felt very safe.
