The beds were comfortable and the washer/dryer were much appreciated. We used the pool quite a few times too! The location was convenient in that you are less than a five minute walk to many stores/pharmacies and casual restaurants for grabbing a bite or anything you’ve forgotten. We felt totally safe in this location, and while it’s on a pretty main street, the traffic was mostly quiet. Annika gave great check in directions! She was also very accessible by text message! Quick to reply! Location is about a mile, mile and half from Venice Beach. We were only confused by the address on the listing not matching the address in the check-in instructions. We were anticipating being closer to a beach with the listing address. I wouldnt plan to really cook anything, as the kitchen is pretty bare bones, but worked well for takeout a few mornings. The neighborhood isn’t bad but the location was why we chose it, so this messed up some of our plans. The manager was friendly and communicative and the unit largely looked like the pictures but beware as it was poorly appointed (very limited kitchenware, no rugs, etc), one bed was very comfortable but the other was so cheap/old it was unusable, and the floors were cheap and poorly installed with some loud creaking. The unit was mostly clean but there was dust left along the baseboards.
