The studio is amazing! Clean, and cozy. The building smells like cigarettes but the studio doesnt and Kristina is amazing. Would rent again. She’s also very receptive and very sweet. Do not hesitate to rent from her.

I had a wonderful time staying in this apartment. Very clean, quiet and so close to many restaurants. I was attending a conference in the nearby convention center. It was roughly a 12-15 minute walk. I found the neighborhood very clean and safe. I have no complaints. Should I ever come back to Long Beach, I will definitely stay here. Many thanks to the hosts!!

Great space and it was in a great location to get to key locations in Long Beach like the Convention Center. The host, Kristina, was very communicative and responsive. We enjoyed the parking availability that came along with the rental too as it is a luxury I’m that area. We would stay again if we visit Long Beach in the future.

There wasn’t a garbage disposal trash wasn’t easy to access. The unit had a very odd odor. It wasn’t great being next to the alley on the first floor.
