The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was not that great , I wish they’d prepare a variety of food selections every day and not the same one. Location was great but the traffic was heavy. Valet parking was excellent.

Iconic LA hotel well located downtown. Close to the 7th St/Metro Center subway station which enables you to use different Metro lines. We found it very convenient for downtown and for the museum area near Wilshire and Fairfax. Hotel room very comfortable with excellent facilities. Staff very helpful and friendly. .

I stayed for one night, everything was fine. Had breakfast the next morning which as good. I used their valet service to park. The ceiling in the underground parking is a little low so I couldn't open my rear hatch door on my Model X all the way. Other than that, I'm planning on staying there again this Nov.
