Property was great. The manager was very helpful with checking in and telling me the parking details. They give you a st parking pass and you can park within a couple of blocks. 200 yards from Hermosa pier and a dozen fun restaurants. Very clean and right on the beach.

Incredible customer service on the phone when I booked the room, as that service continued during my stay up until my checking out. The friendly staff, clean room and phenomenal location add to the reason I will stay there the next time I visit South Bay. Fantastic location - right on the beach and that cannot be beaten. Very close to shops and restaurants. Staff were very nice, helpful and friendly. We received a room upgrade which was great. The only negative I can say is that the property needs some $ spent on maintenance - a few things are broken and need repair - it didn’t affect our stay but if fixed would bring this unique vintage property to a 5 star all around.

Fantastic location. Easy beach access right out the front door. Parking is tricky if you come mid day on a weekend bc the public beach goers have taken all the parking. A fan would have been nice, no ac.

Very impresive customer services. The hotel allow us to check out at 2pm, so we can enjoy the beach longer. Hotel also let us use the beach chair, towel and umbella etc. I and our kids have a wonderful vocation!!

We had a wonderful beach view. The windows were older so they were difficult to open and close but great to have the beach breeze blowing through. We were glad to have keyless entry to the room so we didn’t have to worry about them at the beach. They allowed dogs which is always a bonus for us.
