  • Welcome to our cozy apartment located in the heart of Southern California, this modern and beautifully furnished apartment is the perfect home away from home for your visit. The apartment features a spacious and comfortable living, complete with a large flat-screen TV, comfortable seating, and plenty of natural light. Spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils to cook a delicious meal. Private entrance and outdoor patio with seating area.
    The space
    Modern brand new 1 bed/ 1 bath apartment conveniently located on a quiet residential neighborhood of Covina. This gorgeous unit features spacious and well distributed spaces, recess lighting throughout the house, engineer waterproof wood floors, AC/ Heated mini split unit, private entrance and private patio. If you like to cook you will love this kitchen with plenty of storage space and brand-new stainless-steel appliances. Bedroom with Queen size Memory Foam mattress and top of the line bedding. 1 street parking space available right in front of the unit.

    Other things to note:
    1 street parking space available in front of the apartment. City of Covina doesn't allow overnight street parking without a parking permit.
