Sunny and bright with private bathroom, kitchen, living room. Kitchen is stocked with coffee, tea, sugar, other condiments. Bathroom has towels, shampoo, soap, other supplies and a hair dryer. No A/C in the apartment (it has a ceiling fan), and it's almost always below 70 F here in Santa Monica. Check in any time after 3pm, but usually available earlier. Self check in with door code. Easy street parking with private permit. I have been a Superhost on the other home share site for 7 years. The check in instructions were easy to follow and the apartment was super clean. It took us 10-15 minutes to walk down to the beach and there were a lot of cute little shops along the way! We ran into Suzanne once and she was extremely friendly and accommodating. She even let us know that her neighbors were having a party and to let her know if it got too loud so she could take care of it.
