The layout of this place was perfect for that with two generous bedrooms on the third level & one smaller bedroom on the first level, all with ensuite bathrooms! No need for anyone to get dressed to use the bathroom, or share it with anyone. The living areas & Kitchen (w/ powder rm) are on the middle level which made for a perfect common area. The house is well sized, nearly new & in great shape, & the hosts were always available & very accommodating. We had a great time. ##### Todd K. This is the first time we said that we are going to book this house again. It’s a new construction and everything is so nice! 3 rooms, each room has his own restroom (very important for us) We had everything we need in the kitchen, lot of parking outside.
