Our room was located facing the freeway. It was pretty loud in the morning so if you are someone that gets bothered by traffic noise easily request a room away from the freeway. Overall, our stay was good. The asian man that checked us in had 10/10 customer service. I forgot to get his name but he was very kind and did his job well. It made our experience better.

Okay if you are staying for a few days but a bit far from DTLA. Rooms are okay but could be cleaner. A/C had a leak so that was a bit inconvenient. Close to the bus stop. There's just a sketchy bridge from next street so definitely felt unsafe walking at night if you want to grab a snack from the nearby Mcdonalds. Shuttle was also convenient. In general, it was a good and budget hotel.

Room unit had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. Room was dirty, floor was not cleaned. Found lots of crumbs in one corner and some junk food wrappers by the bedsides..

Good Mexican restaurant close by called Casa Gamino. Two minute walk. Opens at 11:00 a.m. 13 minute walk to Denny’s. Open 24 hours. Rooms are simple but suited our needs.

I sent them a message and they never responded. It was an important inquiry I was making. It was pretty rude that they didnt respond. Especially, when I arrived there and there were 3 employees at the reception with no customers. Not sure I would stay there again. They were pleasant enough in person. But, totally ignored me via messaging.

This property should be the last resort. The bed is literally a mattress on a board and there was no hot water. You could hear everything in the other rooms and it smells. Would not recommend!

Luckily we arrived about five minutes before the shuttle arrived. Only one shuttle per hour, so we were very happy we didn't have to wait another hour. Construction close by took a long time to access the motel for the driver.

We came for a concert. It’s in the ghetto. They have lots of security and clean place. We had a nice time but felt like they polished a turd.

Staff is fire here and clean. The surrounding area is chill however if when you exit the parking lot and go west, its a little sketchy with that bridge, and mad dark, its best to cross the street and walk under the bridge on the opposite side of the hotel. You go west you may run into some people not all there on earth mentally, but for the most part they only come out early AM or the weekends. Again its not on some wild ish just LAish. Staff mad chill, security don't play so probably best to just chill. Rooms clean. Though the lower floors you that orange backdrop that isnt the vibes the higher floors better lighting and gray back drop. Alll and all its a dope as lil spot for the price

the shuttle service should run every half hour, long cold waits both times at airport. The airport shuttle van should be clearly marked Studio 6 Suites. It is not; I believe it is marked Hotel Suites. We had to take a taxi at 3:00 am to airport. It would be nice to get a cup of coffee at that time, but coffee is unavailable before 6:00 am. The room was cold upon arrival, took too long to warm up, lost a couple hours on account, then got up at 2:30 am to catch a taxi at 3:00.

I know it’s a lower end hotel but I still expect the phone & blow dryer to be working. Also it would be nice to have shampoo & body lotion in the room. With a security guard at the front door it made me wonder what kind of area I was staying in. Also the creamer (for coffee) in the room was expired when I put it in my coffee. Thankfully there was ready made coffe and non expired creamer in the lobby. Further it would be nice to have clean windows especially when you’ve asked for a room with a view

Room and property was very clean, love the security features they have. Scanning your hotel key gets you into the parking lot and elevator and they have security at the entrance of the hotel and the parking lot. The front staff was very nice.

We landed at 10:40pm and I’m grateful that I phoned the hotel to check on the airport shuttle. The shuttle stops running at 10pm. It’d be nice to have that information listed on the details for the site. The check in line at 11:30pm was six-deep, due to a customer with a tough to resolve problem. The front desk employee (Tahijj Counts) was polite, respectful and calm, as he dealt with the difficult situation/person. The room was outdated, but was clean and the beds/pillows were comfortable. The morning desk staff (Jessica Khan) was friendly and helpful.
