This apartment is one block from the beach and 2-3 blocks from restaurants and stores which made it perfect to walk around the neighborhood and explore. Nice quiet neighborhood. The apartment was very spacious and clean. It was an easy walk to the beach and 2nd street where so many cute shops, restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream, donuts…you name it. While there is a private garage at the unit (huge perk) there is also ample on street parking at this time of year. Pros: Great neighborhood. Beautiful area. Nice decor, very homely. Very clean. Loved walking to breakfast and the stores around the corner! 8 min walk to coffee, drinks, and salons. Great food in the area. Water pressure was amazing and it stayed hot after consecutive showers. Comfy beds. Host was very responsive. Cons: Couch seats only 3, but there’s island that seats 4\. 1 bathroom. Garage was a cool amenity but it was a super tight fit. I never saw a washer or dryer there? but i was told there is one on site. but overall it is a lovely location and unit to stay in. i would definitely recommend this place. ##### Justine S.
