Being so near to 2nd street with all of the restaurants available was really nice. Love the beautiful neighborhood, quiet at night, neighbors were all friendly. While there is a private garage at the unit (huge perk) there is also ample on street parking at this time of year. Cons: Couch seats only 3, but there’s island that seats 4\. 1 bathroom. Garage was a cool amenity but it was a super tight fit.
