SPACIOUS HOUSE NEAR THE BEACH!

Just minutes from Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach, and Manhattan Beach, you can soak up the sun, and explore endless dining and entertainment options nearby. House is 7 minute drive to Redondo Beach, 5 minute drive to Hermosa Beach and 15-20 minutes to LAX!

Open-concept living, 3 bedrooms downstairs with 2 full baths + huge master bedroom suite upstairs with 1 full bath and walk in closet!

Our welcoming neighborhood has a casual coastal feel, ideal for enjoying the Los Angeles beaches and South Bay area!





House Rules:
•Please be respectful of the neighbors. Please do not disturb or use neighbor's driveway.
•Backyard is not accessible.
•The guest making the booking must be at least 25 years old.
•No loud noise or music past 9 PM
•Adult supervision of children on the property at all times.
•No Smoking of any kind in the house.
•No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. Right to cancel reservation without refund if evidence is detected.
•Check-in time is 4pm and Check-out time is 11 AM.
•No Extra / Overnight Guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number does not match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation or incur an additional fee of $50 per guest)
•No Mail / Packages Delivered to the property. Please send it to a nearby pick up location.
•No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture.
•No Unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, wifi router, etc.
•No Pre Check-In Time Bag Storage (Only possible when available, upon request)
•No Pets
•No Parking anywhere other than available street parking. Please read signs for street sweeping days.
•Fishing Waste Disposal:
If you plan on fishing, please dispose of all fish waste (including fish guts) off-site. Do not place any fish waste in the property’s garbage cans. This helps us maintain cleanliness and prevent odors. Thank you for your cooperation.

The host’s responses were very quick. Unlike some bad hosts who make excuses and ask guests to cancel after booking, this host was very reliable. The house was also well maintained and clean.
