The house is run down and a hodgepodge of Home Depot fixtures. Bars on the windows. Almost no furniture. Sad because it clearly was once a beautiful house.
What a great stay at this beautiful house! Everything was clean and roomy. I love how the house maintained its old style with arches and Spanish tiles. Plenty of room for our group to gather inside and outside and our dogs loved the lawn!! On top of all of that the location is PERFECT. Quick drives to all the fun places in LA. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we highly recommend to any family or group traveling to LA. We hope to return!!!

The house is on a very busy road. Hard to back out of. It is a big house with so much potential. The code was sent late. Someone? (Not sure who he was.) let us in after looking at my phone to verify no code was sent. First he told me he didn't know the code! Downstairs bedroom has nothing on the wall but screws sticking out. Blinds are bent up. No mattress pads on the beds. First night the tv in the master did not work. We bought an extension cord the next day to stretch across to a working plug. Smoke alarm went off twice upstairs. Had to take it down. Downstairs toilet wouldn't flush. There was no hairdryer as listed. There were no dish rags, towels or pot holders in the kitchen. No tabs for the dishwasher. There is a hot water dispenser in one kitchen sink. It has a STRONG nasty chemical smell. Do not use it for a drink. I told someone who answered the phone some of these things and hopefully they checked into it. When I told her about the hairdryer and lack of kitchen supplies she said that this was not a hotel! We were there because my husband is being treated at Cedars Sinai and we invited some friends and family to stay with us . We sat at the dining table for the first time and the leg broke off of the chair he was sitting in. He is not a big guy. Thankfully he caught himself and was not hurt. We stayed 3 nights in April. This is the third house we have stayed in close to Cedars. I was disappointed in this one...especially the kitchen.
