NOTE: if you are a traveller esp around the Asia esp SEA, Middle East, Japan, etc don't expect or have a high hopes that this hotel stars will be as the same as hotels in the USA (in general). Lower your expectation about hotel stars in the US. 4 star hotel in USA might be 2-3 standard in other country. :} Anyway, the room is clean though but smaller and outdated. The carpet in the entire building needs a replacement. ITS OLD and DIRTY Looking. Bring your cleaning/sanitazation stuff. Was expecting a lot from the money you spend. Staff and Services- VERY POOR! DO NOT EXPECT ANYTHING. Book another hotel or place if you want to have a good sleep. This is a bad location since the hotel is closer to the freeway. Bad bad noise from the vehicles.

We had a good sized, pet-friendly clean room. However, know that Sonesta charges a non-refundable $100 fee for companion animals who aren’t service animals. This fee is somewhat buried in the fine print.

Amazing stay, staff was nice and polite. Breakfast was good and fast and check in and out was fast and on time. One minor detail the couch and some area of the tables had some stains but nothing too major. Overall very nice and pleasant stay

Location feels like a deserted town. The hotel needs major updates the room look like they are falling apart. Our ceiling was still popcorn and it had brown stains from water damage and a large crack in it.

Property is very dirty. We checked in late almost midnight and we were so tired of 16 hours drive. We wanted to take shower, but tabs of shower tub and nobs were brown (corrosion). We wanted to warm out food but no microwave while amenities showing microwave included in all rooms. We only wanted overnight stay, but man this property is not even worth for it. We didnt ask for change of room as we wanted to sleep for few hours before our early morning flight. We spent 140 bucks for cheap old hotel(sorry motel)

Need some improvement for sound barrier, I saw on the google reviews that said rooms next to the highway tend to be loud so I upgraded to pool view room, however even the basic sound proofing was missing, I could hear next door talking, not even loudly, just normal volume, even my home walls have better sound proof than this.

Most of the time Sonesta is great. I asked about a balcony but I was told none were available. She found a patio which I said great. I'll pay for that upgrade. The patio consisted of 3 cement squares that you couldn't even put a chair on. Not happy but I dealt with it. The next night we were given a real balcony and all was well.
