This was my third stay at this property, but the last time I was there was several years ago. The lobby and common areas were even nicer than I remembered. Staff members were very friendly and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised that they clean the rooms every day and even do a turn down service, which is rare post-Covid. The room was very comfortable, especially the beds. We only wished that the windows opened and we had a better view, otherwise everything was practically perfect!

The cons: The pool area is very underwhelming the lobby restrooms were not clean and the restaurant/ bar has very limited areas. The pros: The staff is nice and professional and the rooms are well kept and the beds are very comfortable. Nice hotel but not sure if is a 4 star.

Beautiful property. Great location. The staff are attentive and very helpful. Plenty of room for a party or just to have a nice quiet weekend. The restaurants and bar are beautiful and the food an music are both really good.

The staff are exceptional—genuinely caring, attentive, and welcoming. The lobby is beautiful and creates a wonderful first impression. Unfortunately, that same standard does not carry through to the guest rooms, which feel noticeably dated. The contrast is so significant that it almost feels like staying in two different hotels. My room was comfortable and clean, but overall it felt tired and in need of refurbishment. A large grey stain on the bathroom mirror, detracted from the experience. With some attention to the rooms, the hotel could offer a much more consistent experience that truly reflects the quality of its staff and public spaces.
