#### Wonderful location and home
Our family really enjoyed our stay with the pool and air conditioning. It was conveniently located near the theme parks we wanted to visit and far enough away to also enjoy relaxation and privacy. The owner was really friendly great and responsive.

#### Comfortable home close to everything
We really enjoyed having the space of a home after many nights in hotel rooms. The kitchen was large and stocked with most everything you could need. Everything we used worked perfectly and there were plenty of pots, pans and utensils to choose from. The only thing I'd recommend to our host would be to add some nice, new kitchen towels and have the cleaning crew do a little better on cleaning the refrigerator/freezer interior. We slept great on the comfortable beds, and the bathrooms were nicely updated. The only thing missing there was hand towels and washcloths, but there were plenty of bath towels and the shower was well stocked with shampoo and soap, although I always bring my own. Overall, this was just what we needed to be able to prepare our own food and fully relax after many stops in hotels and too many meals in restaurants. It is also centrally located in the San Fernando Valley, with easy access to the 405 freeway, making it perfect for all our activities in the area. Our host was also very quick to respond to any questions I asked.

Owners were very nice and accommodating, the house was very spacious and accommodating. The only thing I didn't know until I got there was it's a shared home, but we did make friends with the renters and they were very friendly. I would stay there again.
