The room was well appointed with little things that we appreciated the host thinking of that we didn’t, like beach towels and sunscreen! The location is a bit misleading as it is within walking distance to the water but only to a view of the water. To get to the pier, beach, 3rd street, etc seems like it would be a reasonable walk but after two days it’s evident that it’s just outside of an enjoyable walk. The yard is nice and well maintained however there is no place to sit and enjoy the fresh air without being in front of the home owners (gorgeous, oversized) open windows, which made it awkward. We also had contractors right outside our open windows one morning which was uncomfortable being that the window coverings are minimal.
