The guest house was well appointed with everything you would need or want. Multiple streaming services on two TVs, every kitchen gadget, and plenty of supplies come with this rental. The location is within walking distance from coffee, great food and convenience stores for anything I might need. The property has thought of everything down to the details -- The house is fully private with it's own entrance and it's own backyard -- completely separate from the owners house. There's full kitchen (you'd actually want to cook in). And plenty windows for natural air/light to shine through .. but also shades and AC/Heat if you want to keep things closed. Clean with plenty of room for two people (+a few more) with a great bathroom and living room area and washer/dryer/dishwasher. Owner is very kind and responsive to any questions or needs. I feel like this is a home away from home when I'm in visiting friends or traveling for business. ##### Casey B.
