Centrally located to everything in L.A. and yet a 5 minute walk to one of the best hikes in L.A: Fryman Canyon Park. Mulholland views close by. Heated pool/spa, outdoor lounge chairs to lay out in the sun, and a pool table will make it hard to leave. PLEASE READ ALL RULES AT THE BOTTOM BEFORE BOOKING. Pool heating/Jacuzzi is extra $100/night. If you want the pool heated before your arrival we can send someone on our team to do so in the morning of your arrival for $100\. Pool can take anywhere from 5-10+ hours to get to desired temperature depending on outside temp. Jacuzzi in about 45 mins to 4 hours. Note that you cannot heat both at the same time. Pets are welcome! But there's a $250 fee per pet, and we need to approve it first, so just message us the details. Check-in and checkout times: We're happy to offer early check-in or late checkout if we can, but it depends on availability. There might be an extra fee of $50 per hour. We do have enough utensils that can serve the 16 guests max. \- Do you offer 1-night stays? No, our minimum is 3 nights \- What does the extra mattresses looks like? We have single floor mattresses available if needed. \- Can we request for a towel change? We do not provide hotel amenities. We do supply one regular towel and one pool towel for each guest during the entire stay, we also have washing and drying machines that you're welcome to use. \- Can you explain the heating of the pool rates? The price is $100 per day, so you just need to multiply the number of nights you're staying for this rate to get a price. It's a beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. The home was just as pictured and Greg & Brooke were responsive, thoughtful hosts. There were four bedrooms, 2 with ensuites, and 2 clustered near the 3rd full bath. There was another half bath and this made it very comfortable for multiple families to have a great shared space with the living area and pool while having privacy for sleeping quarters.
