The ADU has a spacious kitchen and the rooms and bathrooms were clean. Only thing to note is that the futons are on the smaller size so a little cramped for our 6 foot tall teenage son. Stayed 3 nights in Dec 2024 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Romina H. 1 Aug 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Fantastic Enjoyed our stay the location was amazing not far from anything, the house was such a comfortable stay, the 1st night we checked in very late(after midnight) the host was fast in responding especially after I advised the hot water wasn’t working he had someone there 1st thing in the morning and took care of it. Only thing i would say could be better was the parking arrangements however they were kind enough to ask if we wanted them to move their car. Kitchen could use more supplies for cooking and so forth. Other than that space was amazing clean beds are so comfortable! ##### Leslie F. Overall, a good rental, but we ran out of TP 2nd day, and our request for more was not answered until we were leaving. There should have been at least 1 spare roll in each bathroom. Also the coffee pot was very small, so we needed to make multiple pots each morning. ##### Susan T. Luckily I like cold showers but as far as my girls are concerned they didn’t like that at all. I should have spoken to the host about it but figured they could deal with it for two nights.
