You may smoke outside in non-shared areas. There are ashtrays outside. You must place your smoking waste in the ashtrays. If it is discovered that smoking has taken place in the house, then there is a minimum $350 fine. If the house has been permeated with smoke, then your deposit will be forfeited and used for the cost of deodorizing the premises. Some guests are allergic to cigarette smoke and it is important that the home is a safe environment for all. \- No illegal drugs or substances of any kind are permitted on the property. Your deposit will be forfeited if these substances are used. Use is cause for immediate eviction and possible prosecution per local, state, and federal laws. \-We have professionally installed exterior cameras to monitor the exterior of all entrances, exits, and outdoor spaces for the safety of the property and neighborhood. The positive thing I will say is, they were very responsive, and the place was clean. Now for the biggest issue, you should be aware that the Jacuzzi is located in the front yard and does not make it comfortable as the neighbors across the street can look down and have a clear view. It is not so private .Which is awkward And the beds are not very comfortable We stayed with our dog and always had to be aware of the other people going in and out.from the 2 back houses . So when you let him out, we had to make sure he went right into the front yard so we were unable to freely let him out , which we eventually became used to, but was not as convenient Other than that, it worked for what we needed ##### Amy E.
