It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Den, living room and family room, large dining table that can accomodate 12 guests. 70 foot deck. Large flat screen TVs, 2 Apple TV s, Xbox, PS4, state of the art digital washer and dryer, huge kitchen & master with his and her shower and jacuzzi tub. Fully equipped community clubhouse with gym, sauna, pool, tennis courts, basketball courts and kids playground and picnic area . Safe neighborhood. Less than 5 minutes to the 101 freeway. 30 minutes to Hollywood. 20 minutes to Santa Monica. 20 minutes to Malibu. On Mulholland between Topanga Canyon and Malibu Canyon. Located in prestigious Calabasas, brand new & well maintained house. Tons of hiking trails. You won't want to leave! Perfect for professionals and families.
