Mid-Century Modern Craftsman Hillside Home

  • Enjoy breathtaking views at this pet-friendly, LA hideaway. This historic 1923 renovated craftsman home is nestled into the hillside surrounded by beautiful landscape w/Mountain Views! Cook Sunday morning breakfast in the fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy high-speed internet for your workdays at home as well as a smart TV for the nights when a little R+R is needed. This serene retreat boasts a large grass-covered backyard, a deck with a table-top firepit for those cooler LA nights, and multiple other outdoor patios to relax.

    The master bedroom includes a Casper queen-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a large walk-in closet. The guest bedroom features a Nectar queen-size bed and a built-in closet. Both bedrooms include high-end mattresses and Brooklinen sheets.

    There is plenty of free street parking directly in front of the home and on the street. Shops and restaurants are also a 5-10 min bike ride to York Blvd and Figueroa south. Ubers and Lyfts are also easily accessible. Please note the home is situated at the top of a hill.

    No parties. We do welcome creatives to book the home for professional use i.e. photoshoot's and/or film's (no nudity) and separate rates do apply. Please send a booking inquiry for the dates you're looking to use the property and we can discuss.
