The property is beautiful but the process was a little lack luster. Customer services was great. Wonderful security, not anyone can get in. The apartment was wonderful except a few minor things. Apartment was clean and organized but the floor needs to be redone. There were dips in the floor throughout the apartment. Yes, it looked waxed and mopped but if you stepped in a fews places, it just made you lift your feet. The bed closeted to the window was missing a bed board. The bed was low to the floor, so uncomfortable sleep because of unevenness. Neighbors will have a view of anything you do near the windows. Balcony s are close. Not a problem but some people like privacy. We took a photo's to make sure we were not charged for destroying anything.
