For the price however, the check in process was abysmal. There is no way to access the building if you park in the parking garage. You then have to walk all the way around to get to the front and even then there is no way to get up the elevators to retrieve your key from the lockbox. All of this should have been detailed clearly within check in instructions. There is a separate pass from the building front entrance than the key required for elevator or access to the unit. In addition parking is mentioned as available on the listing but no effort was made to let us know what parking spot number or how many sports (there is one). We had to reach out multiple times and wait 20 minutes to hear back from management. ##### Nirav P.
