This thoughtfully designed space offers 2 bedrooms 1 bath with cozy furnishings, a bright living area with foldout queen sofa bed, and all the essentials for a relaxing stay. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable sleeping areas, and a peaceful atmosphere perfect for unwinding. Rooms fully equipped with all your bedding needs. Room 1 twin bed. Room 2 full bed. Conveniently located near local attractions, dining, and transportation, it’s an ideal base for both short and extended stays for a party of 2 or up to 6 guests comfortably. Two houses on one lot. This listing is for the front( unit A). The back house has a guest as well, please do not disturb….., -Guest ID Requirement:
    For security purposes, all guests must provide a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID via messages upon check-in. Failure to comply will result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.

-Please leave all used towels in the bathtub/shower. -Trash- Please leave trash tied up in bag and put on the front porch for collection. -Please lock the door with your entrance code. Thank you
-Leave sofa bed folded out if used. -Take all personal belonging. Turn off all lights, leave out sofa-bed if used.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No Smoking Policy: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home. A $450 smoking fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.
No parking in the driveway for any reason. No exceptions! Please do not enter the rear/ back yard of the building.
Extra Overnight Guests: A fee of $100 per person, per night applies for any overnight guest not included in the original reservation. No exceptions

I had a terrible experience. When I got to the rental it was very hot because they said the air conditioner stopped working the day before I arrived. The host gave me fans that did not cool the rental enough to feel comfortable. Also my vehicle got towed because of construction and I did not see no parking sign. . I did not have a good experience at this property .
