We are in a High Fire Hazard Severity Zone (VHFHSZ). NO SMOKING of any kind and NEVER throw anything over the balcony, especially anything flammable.
Per LAMC 111.01(j): No use of sound amplifying equipment after 10pm or loud or unruly gatherings. Reservation will promptly canceled if rules violated
