Perfect for our needs!

My husband and I needed a place to stay near our son/DIL/grandbaby while visiting from out of state. Of all our Vrbo stays, we probably had our best sleep at this property. The bedroom was quiet, dark (look for the "lamp" button on the AC to turn off the light), and the bed was very comfy. Check-in was easy; the keyless entry worked flawlessly. There is a grocery store just up the street (about .6 mile walk).

A lovely small place, easy parking. Cleaning crew could do better, there was a plate with old food in the microwave, an expired unopened jar of peanut butter and the white towels are not so white. I’d say bring your own towels. Besides from that it is a cozy, center located place.

Pros: cute, clean, and I was able to walk to nearby coffee shops and restaurants. Additionally, I was able to walk back from a show at the rose bowl. Communication around the issues I had were responded to quickly. Cons: I paid a LOT of money to stay here for 3 nights. When I got there, it smelled like pot (the next evening they had some air fresheners delivered which was kind). The bed was so squeaky and wobbly it made sleep difficult. The shower didn’t drain well so water pooled up over my feet and led to me having to turn the shower off to let some drain. There’s a rain shower head but most of the nozzles do not work, and the water went cold after about 2 minutes. The soap in the bathroom had been filled with water so it was just not soap. I ended up leaving a night early and going to a hotel. So much of what I flagged as concerns could be resolved easily and result in a much higher rating, but at this cost I expect more.
