Elevators are very slow but other than that great place to stay. Affordable, close to shops, and restaurants. Staff is always friendly. Mark was super helpful with everything!

Thank you for your feedback. Our elevators are set to a slower speed for safety and due to the fact that we only have three floors and one shared elevator for all guests. We hope overall that you enjoyed your experience and we appreciate your comments on the staff.

The only problem I had is with the mattress. Me and my wife both woke up in the most pain I’ve ever felt in my back. We even tried to lay sideways with no luck. Our sleep was horrible😢

Very convenient location right off the highway, food, shopping plazas, in between LA and the mountains. Friendly workers, continental breakfast, good sized rooms. Bathroom seemed to need a bit of maintenance (loose tile, loud fan, the drain cover not screwed in in the shower etc. I've stayed in hotels where I felt dirty in the rooms, but this wasn't one of them, they were maintenance issues, not hygienic ones. Was my second stay here, will likely have more
