Location is very central 15-25 minutes to anywhere easy access to I10, parking is on the street and can be tough to find but not bad. The place was clean and true to pictures. It’s quite around there also, I liked and would rent again if I ever went back to LA

The advertised address was incorrect, which was quite misleading. However, the manager did call to confirm the correct address, which was slightly further away. Pros: - Affordable price - Quiet area Cons: - Non-functional TV - Loose toilet seat - Unstable shower knob - Lack of cleanliness - Broken porch light - In need of a thorough update Although we paid for two nights, we only stayed for one and arranged to stay with family instead.
