This unit is very reasonably priced for the area and is in a very convenient location for much of what you might want to do in LA, from the beaches to the Hollywood studios, and nearby UCLA. The pictures are accurate - the unit feels recently remodeled and is tastefully decorated, keeping some of the more vintage charm intact, like the lovely hardwood floors. The kitchen is new & clean, with everything you need to prepare meals, and the washer/dryer seem brand new. The neighborhood is a modest, middle class part of LA, felt safe and was relatively quiet for the central location. ##### Arne L. Centrally located for our needs. It could use a few more area rugs for coziness. Off street parking is a big plus but our spot, next to the wall, was a bit narrow; thankfully there was no one parked next to me so I could get out of my car. ##### Jen E J.
