It was a clean, well-appointed property in a very nice, apparently family neighborhood with many homes decorated for the holidays. Excellent kitchen, and a very nice backyard which our grandkids enjoyed very much when they visited several times. They especially loved picking fruit from the five different fruit trees in the backyard. We appreciated the wall mounted TV sets in the living room and master bedroom which allowed us to access several cable networks on accounts labeled as guest, although Netflix required us to sign in on our own account. No big deal on that. The host was very accommodating. When we mentioned would like to do some grilling in the backyard during our stay, he went out and purchased a Weber charcoal grill along with briquettes and starter fluid.
