Situated between the world-famous 2nd Street and the beach, our property offers easy access to wonderful restaurants, shopping options, close proximity to the bay, and various recreational amenities, all within a short walk. Property Address/Location: 131 Quincy Ave. Belmont Shore, LB, CA90803 The unit has 2 large BR & 1.75 baths, and a full large kitchen, fully stocked with a blender, coffee maker, pots & pans to cook with, a dining, and a large living room. It also comes with a full washer and dryer. This property exudes unique charm with its distinct architectural characteristics of the era, including coved and rounded ceilings, plaster walls, double doors and windows, shutters, built-ins, nooks, original hardwood flooring, and open floor plans. Nice, quiet Family friendly, down the street from the beach, walking distance to coffee shops, diners, burger joints. It was perfect for our family of four. Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, ac/heater in each room and plenty of room to move about. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beach. Beach closest to the property is a dog beach but you can go down further if you don’t want to deal with the pooches. Our host Shawn was great too. He was quick to respond when we had a question about entry. Helps to get quick assistance especially after a long day of being on the road. Awesome stay in general! ##### Priscilla M. The kitchen was nice. Had one issue with a shower curtain that kept falling down but that's an easy fix. Communication with owner was excellent. The recommended gym was fantastic.
