We appreciated the proximity to Venice and loved walking the cute neighborhood. It was about a 10-min walk to the beginning of Abbott Kinney and another few mins to the canals, but with our kids we decided to drive most days to the beach and park for 6 in the lot. So much to do and see there! The house was just really comfortable and allowed us to spread out and have our own quiet spaces after a busy day. The streaming options were great and easy to access, as was the Internet (the Wifi name gave my kids a chuckle). The neighborhood is lovely, great for dog-walking, and the neighbors very welcoming. The quiet of the street makes for a great contrast to the busyness of Washington Boulevard, but at the same time, the beach, shopping, and restaurants are only minutes away.
