The staff was excellent and kind! However, our check-in was delayed, our room ended up having a bug in the bed and then the new room we were transferred over, the tv didn't work. Again, not staff's fault, just failure on the hotel.

The room has a nice layout and it was clean. The most impressive factor was the excellence in service by the staff. The front desk person carried a heavy bag up the stairs and delivered it to the room. In particular, I would like to recognize Cheyenne who was so courteous and provided us helpful hints about the city.

Major props to the team at Cara. From valet parking, to front desk, bartenders to wait staff, every single person we interacted with on our 3 night stay went out of their way to make us feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for. The hotel is beautiful, clean, well maintained, and in a perfect location. These guys set the bar for our first trip to LA and we couldn't have had a better experience. 10/10.

this might be the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. we had two bookings over the course of our trip to LA and both times we were upgraded resulting in a suite on the last night. the room was incredible and intuitive (lighting as you entered the walkin closer, a fridge that had amenities but also room to put your stuff in. the list goes on.) most importantly the staff were the best i’ve ever experienced; offering thoughtful and detail oriented help for our brief stay. thank you Bennie, Brian, and Mason. also perfect valet service. we will be back
