Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
-Check out is by 11am
-Leave key and the 2 garage clickers back on the hooks. (Garage clicker is not needed to exit from the garage)
-No dirty dishes or pots left to be cleaned
-Close and lock all windows
-Please leave HVAC off. If you have closed any AC vent, please open them back up.

I had an excellent stay here over the weekend and would absolutely recommend it. The amenities werethoughtfully set up, clean, and exactly what I needed for a comfortable visit. The complex was very quiet, making it a great place to unwind after exploring the city.The directions and check-in instructions were some of the clearest I've ever received, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free from start to finish. The location is truly outstanding, within walking distance of some of the best restaurants I’ve had anywhere, and perfectly situated for easy access to multiple parts of Los Angeles.If you’re looking for a peaceful, well-located place that makes experiencing LA easy and enjoyable, this is a fantastic choice!

Wow, what can I say and where do I start? The property was amazing. The parking was amazing. Everything was amazing. If I need to go back to that area for anything, I would definitely stay there again. The property had everything I needed and more. It was very comfortable and spacious and it was like home. The owner of the property is very sweet and generous. She was very easy to communicate with and pleasant.
Well provisioned, comfortable and in a great location for LA sightseeing. Easy walk to restaurants and the Alhambra Farmers market. Host is very responsive but not much is needed because the condo has everything.
The place is very clean and well maintained. The neighborhood is quite and safe. Plenty of dinning and shopping options in a walkable distance. Most important thing is the host keep everything in order and communicates all the details about property and surroundings (make sure you take a time and read, it will safe you a lot of time;)
This spot was wonderful! It is as described and all instructions were clearly provided. The host is responsive, helpful without hovering; the host helped us promptly with the few questions we had, such as parking accommodations:)The unit is spacious, the kitchen well equipped, the washing machine works well and is easily accessible. Amenities for bathroom, kitchen and cleaning items are all available. The unit is located close to churches, restaurants, Costco and more. The Sunday Farmers Market just down the block was a nice surprise! Thank you!

The apartment was as described and filled with everything one could need. It is secure with entry control and it has gated parking! It's quiet too. I will stay here for my next trip to LA in April if it is available... Rita was an excellent communicator and very flexible with my emergency request for an additional nights stay.
Rita's place is a wonderful home away from home. It is quiet, clean, and has all the amenities you need. Parking is secure and the neighborhood is safe. There are many restaurants and stores within a 1-3 block walk. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

After previous stay we were very happy to return! Rita is a wonderful host. Condo is clean, convenient, safe, well stocked, and comfortable! Loved it!!
I love it's in a quiet neighborhood within walking distant to all the restaurants on main st, Alhambra. The place is spacious, the bed is comfortable to sleep on. I was confused with the check in at first, but the host did a good job communicating and she is very friendly. I wish we have more than 2 luggage racks or stands because there are 4 people staying and we have four suitcase. The only complain my mom has is the discolor of the floor, she feels the floor is not mop. I don't have any complain and I'm content and satisfy with my stay.
