Just 5 minutes from restaurants and shopping on Ventura Blvd. with easy access to both the 101 and 405\. About an hour to Disneyland on the weekend and 30 minutes to Universal, Santa Monica Pier, and Venice Beach during the week. Patrick was a great host; he responded quickly to all questions and even gave us access to the house an hour early when our flight landed ahead of schedule. The reason for 4 stars is because there are a few maintenance items that should be taken care of and the 4th bedroom was advertised with a twin bed, however, there was no twin bed.
