"2nd stay at this property. Owners are always very prompt and responsive. Beautiful views, especially watching the sun come up! Loved hanging out with the deer in mornings. Very comfortable accommodations, lots of towels, kitchen had everything we needed. Some of the plates and bowls are chipped but there are plenty of others. We kayaked & swam at the reservoir- I would recommend wearing water shoes. Spent some time in Old Town which has several fun shops & local artists paintings, ceramics & such. Property is dog friendly. Sunrise picture was taken from top deck."

"Perfect location to enjoy Horsetooth Reservoir and have some fun at night with live music next door at the Tavern. Very friendly atmosphere. Jetted tub was nice. There was a picture of a BBQ, so I brought steak & hamburgers to grill for 2 nights of dinner...... NO PROPANE. Wish I would of know that major detail when planning meals.Had to use the oven using a pizza pan for the steak. LOL. Still was a great time. Thanks!"
