Maintenance and cleanliness issues: ceiling fans are a bit noisy and dirty. Lounge fan not working properly. Main bathroom window does not close well, as wood is a bit swollen at the bottom right hand side. One of the window levers in dining area is broken. Kitchen cabinets, draws and fridge were not clean (sauce spills and crumbs).
