The location of the house is ideal for walking along the coastal path that leads to the submarine base (5 minutes walk), a high attraction of Lorient, with racing sailboats, submarine visits, the Eric Tabarly museum.., to the Kernevel marina (30 minutes), to the beaches of Larmor-Plage (50 minutes).
You can also take the boat to the submarine base to go to the island of Groix.
By car, you are 5 minutes from the city centre of Lorient, 5 minutes from the beach of Larmor-Plage, 15 minutes from the beach of Kerguelen.
Finally, two bus stops are 5 minutes walk from the house, 15 minutes to reach the train station, 10 minutes to the city centre, 15 minutes to the beach of Larmor-plage. These buses operate during the Interceltic Festival, including at night.
A supermarket is 5 minutes away on foot, the market of Lorient is 5 minutes away by car or bus, the one of Larmor-plage, very pleasant on Sunday mornings is 15 minutes away by car.
