About this property<br>Our apartment is located on the 2nd floor (out of 3) with lift of a secure building. It will delight you with its many geographical assets. Indeed, you will be close to the city centre and 10 minutes by car from the beaches of Larmor-Plage.<br>The accommodation is bright, quiet (on the garden) and not overlooked.<br>Its large covered balcony will allow you to enjoy the outdoors for lunch, rest...<br>In the immediate vicinity: supermarket, restaurant, bakery, pharmacy, bus line.<br>The accommodation<br>The fully equipped apartment (140X190 sofa bed, table, chairs, chest of drawers, wardrobe, television, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee maker and all the necessary crockery) consists of a beautiful kitchen open to the living room, a bedroom with its office, a bathroom (with its washing machine), a toilet and a large covered balcony.<br>Bed linen and towels are provided.<br>Wifi (fibre) is free.<br>A numbered parking space is dedicated to the apartment.<br>Bicycle storage is available.<br><br>A cleaning company intervenes after each traveller's departure to ensure a professional cleaning and disinfection of the accommodation.<br><br>The city of Lorient:<br>The city of 5 ports can be discovered by road as well as by rail, the ocean and even seen from the sky!
