This was a beautiful property. The room was beautiful, looked out in the street. The room was stocked with waters and toothbrush’s and such. The breakfast was also very nice— Chinese. I would stay here again!

Worst hotel I have ever been to in my entire life!!!
First they lied on the app saying it's this specific distance away from important sites. The hotel is literally just one floor out a huge building that caused the elevator to take so long to come. Nobody spoke English so it was very hard to communicate with the staff The breakfast options was so small and limited and if you go 1 hour after the border start almost everything is finished l. The worst thing is I saw a rat running by and enter one of the rooms on my first day

Location to Liwan Plaza was 2 minutes walk. Breakfast was awefull. The free Tea Service on top floor was one glass of water with lemon per day. I could not have a second glass. Staff on reception were excellent and very helpful. Beds were comfortable. Had to get toilet payer on two days. No shower gel but when we did get some, we than had no shampoo. Great eat street behind the hotel. Overall a reasonable hotel for the area. I have stayed in much worse nearby. Acceptable hotel with unacceptable breakfast.

"The hotel is good and I would recommend it. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great and the hotel restaurant manager Zhaoli even came and say hello to ensure everything is good. Highly recommend!"
