"There are a number of restaurants to eat on Kings Hwy. However, there are not any restaurants in walking distance. The condo was nice but it was definitely time to get the furniture cleaned. The shower in the guest bedroom did not properly drain. The windowsills while waiting for the elevator had cob webs and bugs. Parking garage is definitely tight for parking. "

"This Condo was beautifully decorated and very clean! It has Waterway and Ocean views. The owner is readily available and very pleasant to deal with. We are very particular about the properties that we stay at and we were not disappointed!"

"The unit was very clean and roomy. However, some of the pictures did not accurately represent the unit. It's located on the first floor, but there's no balcony/patio though, it has a window view of the pool. Overall, we would stay there again. It did have great amenities and location."
