You will be a short stroll to shops, restaurants, Boulineau's IGA grocery store, and the Cherry Grove Pier. The location is perfect; close to everything but you don’t feel like you’re sharing your space with other folks. Furnishings were adorable and very comfortable. Everything was super clean and looked brand new. It’s like having all the comforts of home but better! Quiet, relaxing, and perfect for a getaway.

Great stay

We stayed here with our friends (4 total) for a week. Everything was incredible. The location is not even a 2 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk from several incredible restaurants. The view from the balcony is amazing.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful three-night stay. We loved the little balcony, the comfortable beds, and the quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well-stocked, and it was just a short walk to the beach. Just be sure to pack light, as there are three flights of stairs.I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The balcony was a lovely view. The place was clean with everything we needed. Quick response to all questions. We were disappointed the pool was closed but that wasn't in their control. The HOA had closed the pool the week before we arrived.

Amazing stay!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Jeanna & Kevin’s place! They were great at responding quick and answering any questions you may have. Very accommodating and made our trip great all around. The unit was very clean and stocked with all things needed. The beds were so comfortable and the patio was so cute and relaxing. We will definitely be back!

Steps from the beach

Clean property literally steps from the beach. There was a lot of construction on the street and adjacent roads when we stayed so the experience coming and going to the property was different than I would expect once the work is finished. Overall the stay was great. Recommended to anyone interested in traveling to the area.

We came for the Thanksgiving holiday, so it was pretty quiet and very, very relaxing.

We were very impressed with the property. Rooms were nice and we liked that each room had a bathroom. My favorite spot was the balcony. I would bundle up and drink my coffee and enjoy the view on the balcony. We even sat out there in the evenings. Very relaxing.

Happy Beach

Great place. We were in the area to see family and relax so the short walk to the beach (1/2 block) and to a few restaurants and store was just perfect!! We had never stayed in the Cherry Grove area what a charming little town. The condo was perfect size for the 3 of us. Would work perfect for two couples as well. It was nicely decorated , very clean and comfortable. We’ll definitely be back! 😃

Cute condo, short walk to beach and grocery store

Wonderful Fall get-away with husband and sister. Two clean bedrooms with en-suites, small but functional kitchen, and comfortable living room space. One bedroom has a trundle, and the couch is a sleeper but we didn't need either one. Loved the porch too. The location was perfect and while the pool was clean, it was too cold to enjoy it this trip. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very kind.

Property Manager was always prompt to respond if we had questions. Excellent location, short walk to beach. Not a lot of natural sunlight in living area. But no complaints. My wife and I would return here if we visit Cherry Grove again.

The condo was very nice and clean. The only issue was the fact that it was on the third floor (unfortunately I didn’t take that into consideration when booking) but it’s a lot when you’re 60+ and have to carry lots of stuff. But again, that was my fault for overlooking that part. Other than that, it was an awesome place!

This was a cute place. Loved the little deck area. Nice short walk to the beach. Could use a deep cleaning. Vents, baseboards, and fans were pretty dirty. The laundry area closet door was off track and that area was pretty dirty too. The little box that the key goes in outside the door was very hard to use. Could use more oven cookware. Only found one round cookie sheet.

Cozy beach rental close to beach

We had a wonderful stay in July 2024! Perks: 1. Close to the beach, super quick walk! 2. Great clean pool 3. Fishing out back 4. Walking distance to ice cream, grocery store, and gift shop. 5. Well stocked condo with washing machine and dryer. 6. Cute balcony that overlooks pond. 7. Clean property with super responsive hosts. We would absolutely stay again! Loved that there was parking underneath and we could keep our beach items safely under cover. I would say that if you are mobility impaired, it is 3 floors up so there is a good bit of stair climbing. Thanks to the hosts for being welcoming!

Great location!

Communication was excellent. No matter the question, we would receive a response in minutes. The location is PERFECT! Right across the street from the beach, walking distance to ice cream, gift shops, restaurants, and the grocery store. No struggling blocks and blocks with all the beach gear. They also have chairs so u don’t have to try and stuff them in your car. Felt super safe. Quiet at night. Didn’t hear a sound when time for bed. The pool is perfect when needing a break from the sand. Was never crowded and temp just right. Nice, cool parking under building. Perfect back deck setting overlooking the channel. We simply can’t say enough great things!! We hope to be back next year…sooner if timing works out!
