We got a nice room with partial view of the beach from our room’s balcony. Room was spacious. It has one bedroom and sofa bed in the living room. It has kitchen, dishwasher, washer and dryer. It came with plates, glass, utensils, cooking stuff, dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent. Free coffe at the lobby. It has a pool but not quite heated so we used the hot tub instead. You can use the lazy river across the street at Carolinian. It was the smallest lazy river I have ever seen. Hotel is walking distance to the beach as well as restaurants. I think it was a 20-25 mins walk to the Boardwalk. The only drawback is the connecting room with the same entrance. It’s good if you are traveling with another family but not if you are a single family. You use your key to enter the 1st door. Then you see doors to 2 adjacent rooms. It would also have been better if free breakfast was provided. Overall, it was a nice hotel to stay at.

Room was very rundown, way overpriced.

Although the property and room was nice, the communication is garbage. We had no linens for the sofa bed after being specific that we needed to use it. I called that night and did not get a response until the following day. In the papers they give upon check in it specifically states that we can request a late check out. I requested it and i was told they do not do that anymore. I have stayed at this property for over 20 years. Since Wyndham has bought it, the communication is terrible

Property was good for its age. The pool areas were great. The rooms were very clean. Beds were comfortable. Putt putt course across the street needs to be cleaned up and more lighting. Right on the Ocean and Beach was great. Mosquitos were awful after dark due to standing water at the Putt Putt course.

The carpet in the room is filthy , frayed. Needs removed
