  • This Stunning All Season Cabin has Stunning Mountain Views and a Stunning Wall of Windows to bring the outdoors inside!

    Alpine Chalet is located in Cold Springs, CA, the Gateway to the High Sierras. It sits at a 5,300 Elevation, with SNOW in the winter turns into free safe sledding for the kiddos and LAKETIME fun in the summer! Dodge Ridge Ski Resort is only 15 minutes away to base camp and Pinecrest Lake is only 5 Minutes to LAKE FUN!

    The washer and dryer are only available for guests staying 5 or more days. Otherwise, it should not be used. If you have concerns, please feel free to discuss this with me prior to your arrival.

    - Please note, we do not keep any food, spices, oil, plastic wrap or foil etc at the cabin. We only stock pots, pans, etc, zero food or food storage items. There are three nearby grocery stores within 1-5 min from hwy 108 if you need supplies.

    We provide the following for our guests:
    Bathroom toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap. Clean sheets, towels, pillows, and 2-3 days worth of toilet paper.

I wish that house has remodel but it definitely affects price…Some small annoying things: washing machine was not empty, floor was with crumbs in one place, but in common all was clear.The place is beautiful. Quite. Squirrels and birds. Morning coffee at balcony is relaxing and really nice. A lot of amazing hikes in 10 minutes drive.I can’t understand how turn on the lite over the table and I’m not sure about heaters. But the weather was fine and I haven’t had to use heaters. It would be greats to have printed instruction. But may be I can’t find the instruction. It is possible :)Overall, it’s a wonderful place, and we had a lovely time.
